    1. first go to google page and write MYIP Address , after that open hub and chek the setting -click connecx setting- on the right side of the corner there will be IP Address - select which the google shows ur IP- after that clik on OK and restart the HUB

  4. They told me to change hub ip to 184.107.143.196..but that is not popeye hub...only 32 users online now..

  5. I am continuously getting this message "your IP Address: [ 182.237.164.93 ] is not allowed in this hub". I was able to connect just fine till a few days back. Can anyone please suggest, what can be done?

    1. This primarily means that, You have net connection from another ISP ( Internet Service Provider) whose IP-addresses range are not allowed on this hub.

      For example, if you are some MTNL or Reliance etc customer, you cannot join this hub.

      OR

      You have not subscribed to DC service to your Package.

    2. I got 5Net and my IP is 124.155.240.196, I still get the same notification. Its annoying as hell.

  13. Sorry, the number of maximum connections from your IP has already been reached.
    this is kind of irritating.. this is not a restriction factor. since i'm using router. i encounter many circumstances where i require to reboot my router. Sometimes my external HD (my shared data) gets DC. so i connect again.
    I kindly request to remove this ban.. or increase the maximum connection per user.

  15. i got 5net too frm my isp . but i live in thane (west) . my isp says that thane hub server is not up yet or smthing like that..?? is that true? can sm1 confirm!!

    2. no bro, its not that . he says that the thane dc server or hub point or watever is not up at all. so there is no dc server in thane (west) area. so i cant get hub at all. dats y i m asking that is it true??

    your ip is not allowed in this hub...was able to use dc till a couple of days ago...what seems to be the issue ?????????? this is frustrating man !!!

  35. i have registered on dc by clicking my password and now i m not been able to connect because i dont have 100 gb sharing data.... when i didnt register the linmit was 10 gb....wat shud i do?
